Desert tours from Fes

Day 1: Fes_Ifrane_Midelt_ Erfoud_ Merzouga.

We’ll start our exciting day by picking you up from your Hotel/Riad at 8:30 AM then hit the road! We will climb through the dramatic Tizi N’Tichka pass which reaches an altitude of 2260 M! On route to Ouarzazate “the Hollywood of Africa”, we’ll journey through the High Atlas mountains passing via Berber villages and beautiful landscapes. We will stop by The Studio Cinema, visit Kasbah Taourirt, a magnificent structure and a historical monument giving tribute to the Glaoui. lunchtime, maybe it’s time to try some great local cuisine. Later on, drive through the “Road of the Thousand Kasbahs”- seeing the fascinating “Sandcastles”. Stop at Kalaat Mgouna. “Rose’s Kastel” known for roses and its annual festival during the roses harvest in May. Then continue to our hotel in the heart of the Dades Gorge where we will have dinner and a cozy night in the Hotel.

Day 2: Merzouga_ Todra Gorge–Dades Gorge

At the agreed time. You will
 leave the sand dunes and head towards the Dades gorge, passing through the Todra Gorge, which is characterized by unique rock formations and dramatic cliffs reaching 300 meters high, making it one of the natural wonders that should not be missed during your trip to Morocco. You will have time to explore to gorge before continuing your journey to another impressive Dades gorge where you will be spending the night.

Day 3: Dades Gorge_Rose Valley_Ouarzazate_ Ait Ben Haddou_Marrakech

After breakfast, your driver will collect you and set off for MARRAKECH. en route, you will stop at Kelaat M’Gouna, the “CITY OF ROSES”, which is famous for its cultivation of rose flowers and the production of rose water,which gives visitors the opportunity to discover the beauty of nature and the culture of roses in this wonderful region. Then, you will make your way through the city of OUARZAZATE towards AIT BEN HADDOU the morocco’s most famous and historical kasbah and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. where many international films have been filmed such as ” The mummy , Troy , Gladiator….ect”
In the afternoon, you will head over the HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS via Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2,260m).one of the most beautiful and curvy roads of Morocco towards Marrakech. Tour end.
