OURIKA VALLEY (60KM)
This morning, your English speaking driver will pick you up from your Riad at 9:30 and drive you 1,5 hour up to the breathtaking ATLAS MOUNTAIN, where you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery along the OURIKA RIVER, which is located on the slopes of the HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS . Along the way , will stop to visit the weekly traditional market in a small village called tnin Ourika. Next will visit a BERBER family to experience their way of life. Then you will continue your program until the last BERBER VILLAGE that can be reached by paved road, SITTI FATMA. It is the starting point for discovering nearby waterfalls.
IMLIL (65km)
This morning your driver will pick you up from your Riad and drive you 1h30min will allow you to change the SCENERY. Along the way you, will stop in Asni a little BERBER VillAGE which is one of the most beautiful and charming areas in the HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAIN to visit the weekly market .then continue on to IMLIL village. Which is considered a base for many mountain climbers. To climb MOUNT TOUBKAL 4167 meters, The highest peak in NORTH AFRICA. There you'll have a nice walk with a local guide and learn about BERBER CULTURE while walking.
ESSAOUIRA (185km)
This morning your driver will pick you up from your riad at 8:00 and drive you 2h45min. On the way you will stop to take pictures of climbing goats on the ARGANE trees and visit one of the women cooperatives where they preparing argane oil. On arrival in ESSAOUIRA or MOGADOR in its original name. which was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. You will have a nice walk on your own to explore the impressive ramparts, the OLD MEDINA, and the active fishing harbour. If you are feeling hungry, you can have lunch at one of the great local seafood restaurants there.
OUARZAZATE VIA AIT BEN HADDOU KSAR.
You will be picked up by your English speaking driver from your riad at 7:00 and drive you crossing the HIGH ATLAS MOUNTSINS via Tizi n’Tichka pass 2260m, one of the most curvy roads of MOROCCO. Along the way you will stop to take some beautiful pictures of BERBER VILLAGES and different various landscapes. Then you will continue your driving to one of the old, beautiful and HISTORIC BERBER KSAR in MOROCCO is AIT BEN HADDOU where many international films have been filmed ,such as (The Mummy, Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia,Troy, Babel).and classified as a world heritage by UNESCO in 1987. After visit the Kasbah, you carry on your way to OUARZAZATE. The gateway to the DESERT, visiting the KASBSH of TAOURIRT and ATLAS FILM STUDIOS. Before get back to Marrakech.
OUZOUD (WATERFALLS)
Departure at 8 am from your riad in MARRAKECH to reach Ouzoud Waterfalls, which is 150 km away from Marrakesh and has a height of 110 metres, which gives its water an aesthetic appearance. It is also one of the most important tourist sites in MOROCCO. And home of Barbary monkeys. When you arrive you'll have plenty of time to explore the area on your own, or you can hire a local guide to take you around to discover the most beautiful views of the waterfalls.
